We accept products purchased in new condition with tags and liners in tact for store credit.

• You have 5 days (inside Vietnam) - 14 days (outside Vietnam) from the day your delivery arrived to send them back for us for store credit/exchange.
• Items should be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and any hygiene seals still attached.
• Please make sure that swimwear and other clothing is tried on over your own underwear. When trying on tops please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns/exchange where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.
• Sale items are final sale are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Return/Exchange will be issued within 6-10 working days from receipt to process.
